Before Application
Prospective students shall:
a) Select their intended course of study and review the applicable entry requirements.
b) Understand the course fees and payment arrangements.
c) Attend pre-course counselling conducted by the Course Consultant.
d) Be informed of the Fee Protection Scheme (FPS), Student Contract, refund policy, and other relevant administrative requirements.
e) Prepare all required supporting documents for application.
Required Supporting Documents
Applicants shall submit the following documents:
a) Completed Application Form
b) Certified true copies of NRIC/Passport
c) Academic certificates and transcripts
d) Application fee receipt of S$100.00 (non-refundable)
e) Two (2) passport-sized photographs
Application Submission and Verification
Applicants shall submit the completed application form together with all required supporting documents and payment of the application fee.
Verification of Documents
The Course Consultant shall verify the authenticity and completeness of the submitted documents.
a) Local qualifications shall be verified with the awarding institution where there is doubt regarding authenticity.
b) Overseas qualifications shall be supported by notarised copies or verified through the awarding institution’s official website.
c) Any discrepancies or suspected fraudulent documents shall be referred to the Academic Head for further review and decision.
Assessment and Offer
The Academic Head shall assess the application against the published entry requirements within three (3) working days upon receipt of a complete application.
Successful Applicants
Applicants who meet the admission requirements shall be issued a Letter of Offer stating:
• Course Title• Intake Date• Course Duration• Total Course Fees• Conditions of Offer• Seven (7)-day Cooling-Off Period
Unsuccessful Applicants
Applicants who do not meet the admission requirements shall be informed in writing. The application fee shall not be refunded
Mature Student Entry
Applicants who do not satisfy the standard entry requirements may be considered for admission under the Mature Student Entry scheme, subject to the following criteria
• At least thirty (30) years of age at course commencement • A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant working experience.
Special Consideration
Applicants who do not meet the published entry requirements may apply for special consideration. Such applications shall be reviewed by the Academic Head and may require a written assessment and/or interview.
Module Exemption
Applicants seeking module exemptions based on prior learning or qualifications shall submit the relevant supporting documents during the application process for evaluation and approval.
Acceptance and Enrolment
Successful applicants shall:
a) Accept the offer within the stipulated timeline.
b) Sign the Student Contract prior to course commencement.
c) Complete the required course fee payment arrangements.
d) Attend orientation and other pre-course activities where applicable.
Upon completion of the above requirements, the applicant shall be formally enrolled into the course.
