All new students shall attend mandatory Orientation within 1 week of course commencement covering:

a) Success Master Institut policies: attendance, assessment, discipline, refund, complaints

b) Facilities tour and safety briefing including evacuation route

c) Academic support and counselling services

d) Attendance recorded
